Do I own my website?
With the Buyout package, yes—100% yours. With Launch + Care, the site is hosted and maintained by us. If you ever want to leave, you can buy out your site at any time for a prorated amount based on how long you've been with us.
How long does it take to build?
Most sites go from kickoff to launch in 2-3 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly you can provide content and feedback. We've launched sites in under a week when clients are ready to move fast.
What if I need changes after launch?
Launch + Care clients get unlimited small edits included. For bigger changes (new pages, major redesigns), we'll quote those separately. Buyout clients can purchase support hours or handle changes themselves with the documentation we provide.
